IMPORTANT NOTE All items before being despatched to the customer are checked by Senior staff to ensure the garments are in immaculate condition, labels are intact. The quantity of garments despatched are scanned to ensure complete orders are despatched as per the order received. If you need to return the items please ensure that you return them in the same condition. We will not accept items that are marked, stained, or have the labels unattached and we will not accept that they were received in this condition as this would not be possible with the quality assurance checks we have in place. We are more than happy to refund or exchange any garments within the 14 day returns policy but we do expect items to be returned in a resalable condition.
