RETURNS
Clara-Olivia is happy to refund the cost of the goods excluding postage costs.
- within 14 days of dispatch or 21 days for International orders.
- all items should be returned unworn and in a resellable condition and labels intact.
- Briefs must be tried on over your own underwear and Clara-Olivia reserves the right to refuse items which appear to have been worn due to hygiene reasons.
- It is the customers responsibility to ensure the goods are securely packaged and postage is paid for when returning the goods.
- If you are requesting an exchange rather than a refund you will not be charged any further postage costs on exchange orders.
We would also recommend that you ask for proof of postage from the Post Office to ensure that you can make a claim against Royal Mail should we not receive the returns. Click here to view and download the return form.
OVERSEAS RETURNS
PLEASE DO NOT RETURN ANY ITEMS BY COURIER AS COURIER SERVICES WILL NOT DELIVER TO PO BOX ADDRESSES. IF YOU RETURN ITEMS BY COURIER THEY WILL NOT REACH US AND THE COURIER COMPANY WILL RETURN THE ITEMS TO YOU. We would recommend returning any items by standard mail or standard airmail if you are outside of the UK.

Customs & Duty
Charges for custom clearence must be paid by you the customer as we have no control over these charges. Likewise on any returned items it will be your responsibility to repay fees due by your customs authority.
Distant Selling Regulations
You have a 7 day cooling off period in which you can cancel your contract 'order' with us, cancellation must be in writing within 7 days of receipt of the goods.
Any contract for sale of goods between Clara-Olivia Ltd and yourself will be intepreted and enforced in accordance with the laws of England and Wales (UK).

Clara-Olivia.com is commited to protecting your privacy and security and we will therefore not pass on any of the information given by you and held on our records to any third party without written authorisation by yourself.
