The vast majority of items on our site are instock and if your order is placed before midday your order will be despatched the same day by 1st class recorded delivery or internationally signed for delivery. However,
due to the large range of products available its inevitable from time to time some items will be temporarily out of stock, in this case you will be contacted via email if the delay is likely to exceed 7 working days
All garments before being despatched are checked by a Quality Assurance Team to ensure the garments are in immaculate condition, labels are intact, and the quantity of items despatched are scanned to ensure complete orders are despatched as per the order received. If you need to return the items please ensure that you return them in the same condition. We will not under any circumstances accept items that are marked, stained, or have the labels unattached. And we will not accept this as a reason on the returns form as we do not send any garments to customers that are not in an immaculate condition.
RETURNS
Clara-Olivia is happy to refund or exchange items within 14 days of dispatch or 21 days for International orders providing all items are returned unworn and in a resellable condition. All items must be unworn and unwashed. Labels must be intact.
Any briefs must be tried on over your own underwear and Clara-Olivia reserves the right to refuse items which appear to have been worn due to hygiene reasons.
These conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
Please ensure all returns are packaged securely and paid for. We would also recommend that you ask for proof of postage from the Post Office to ensure that you can make a claim against Royal Mail should we not receive the returns.
IF YOU RETURN BY COURIER PLEASE CHECK THAT THEY DELIVER TO PO BOX ADDRESSES AS SOME WILL NOT DELIVER TO PO BOX ADDRESSES. We would recommend returning by Royal Mail.
Please complete the returns form and send with your returns.
IF ITEMS ARE RETURNED IN AN UNSALEABLE CONDITION WE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO PROCESS A REFUND. WE WILL HAPPILY RETURN THE ITEMS TO YOU AT A CHARGE OF £2.50 UK £5.50 INTERNATIONAL.
Lost in Postal Service
Please note that we send all overseas orders by International Signed for Delivery. If items go astray in the postal service we will provide you with a copy of the proof of postage for you to make a claim against your postal service. We cannot process this claim on your behalf as once it has left the UK it is out of our control.
Please note that if you are not available to sign for the goods and they are returned to us and you then need them re-sending there will be a charge of £2.50 UK and £7.50 International.
Customs & Duty
Charges for custom clearence must be paid by you the customer as we have no control over these charges. Likewise on any returned items it will be your responsibility to repay fees due by your customs authority.
Distant Selling Regulations
You have a 7 day cooling off period in which you can cancel your contract 'order' with us, cancellation must be in writing within 7 days.
Any contract for sale of goods between Clara-Olivia Ltd and yourself will be intepreted and enforced in accordance with the laws of England and Wales (UK).
Privacy Policy
Clara-Olivia.com is commited to protecting your privacy and security and we will therefore not pass on any of the information given by you and held on our records to any third party without written authorisation by yourself.
We will however use your details to communicate with you details of our products and services and also keep you updated with seasonal newsletters.
If you would prefer not to recieve any emails from us please contact us and we will omit your details from our records.
